There is punching evidence that four people Carl ,Uve ,ogan and Zonda of Germany,visited India in eighties, to know about the advanced technology. Can Indian Government give about where abouts of these persons. I again ascertain that ,the facts which i told about Andrei Fialkovsky remained true and U.S.and Russia are innocent.
