I had seen traffic changes around GN Chetty road Chennai ,Tamil Nadu.Explanation can be given for the event. IN Anna Nagar of Chennai, there were several lanes. From one lane to another, we can go to another place very easily. In Mumbai, it is convenient .In Andhra Pradesh, new trend is started. From one lane to another lane, one person can not cross very easily in some places. If a person want to go to hospital, he may have to go to end of the road rountana and come back to visit hospital. Is the Government interested to build walking flyover?
