Some checks might have been done in the past. For some safety measures, the government can collect details. The lack of periodical checks,is the main cause of some questions. 

MOHAMMED MORSI SENTENCED

Recently ,Mohammed Morsi ,the then President of Egypt, was given death sentence. To tell about prison breaks, there had been prison breaks in Iraq. The President of Iraq was not reportedly dragged. In other places, there had been reports of  violence. Heavy violence  was reported in Chennai central jail in 1999. It can be termed as the violence in the prison history. Innocents should not be given sentence. Mohammed Morsi should prove his innocence to come out of the latest judgement.
