BHOPAL DISASTER VERSION,UPDATED- The search for the advanced technology, was the cause of disaster in Bhopal. A part of technology ,was found in a country,other than India and Russia,but could not match Indo-Russian aspect. The re-engineering was done in another country,but sub-standard technology came out.
