BHOPAL VERSION UPDATED-According to sources, In ninetees , a person from one of the states of southern India, tried to get what Andrei Fialkovsky left in 1973. His visit and stay in Tirupati was recorded. He could not make it ,was the truth. He was pushed to Andhra Pradesh by a adjacent country of Russia. Emigration record of the visited person ,can give clue. My stance regarding events in Andhra Pradesh ,remains true,according to the best of my knowledge. This is the matter for CBI.
