The failure in getting educational reforms, is plucking the lives of children in India. Recently,two girls in Chennai, lost their lives.The academic stress, was cited as the reason. 

PAID INVESTIGATIONS

This is my new plan proposal to the Govt of India and all state governments, to see that  paid investigations are enforced  .Like lawyers are paid , Police should be paid to activate the initial complaint. 10% of salary should be paid by the person who gives complaint ,and if his bank amount exceeds 50000rs ,5000rs should be the fixed payment to make the Police file initial complaint.In the case of farmers, the Govt should take care.  If the complainant is unemployed or retired,the complaint should  be taken at free of cost.  Their salary should be HIKED or they should receive money to file the complaint.
