THE BUDGET IS SOUND

The budget is sound enough to accomodate the needs of doctors.When the failed and debt ridden companies with mounting allegations of absence of humanitarian values regain strength with new proposals of the government,the doctors need not suffer. They have right to ask ,and see that the necessary things are done. Everything should be done with a humanitarian touch.
